1) VISIT TO THE NEPETA LIQUORIFICIO WITH AMARI TASTING AND BOTANICAL WALK
Once you arrive at our distillery in Testa dell'Acqua, you will immerse yourself in the rows of our field, where we organically grow various typical aromatic herbs of the Iblean territory. You will discover the Catmint, with which we produce our Nepèta, the Marjoram, from which the Majora is born, and the Shrub thyme, used for Timous (our sugar-free bitters!). We will explain the properties of these plants, and you will have the opportunity to collect them, smell them and learn about their characteristics, with the possibility of taking them with you (30 minutes). We will continue with a visit to Casa Nepeta, our laboratory, where you can admire a mural created by the famous street artist Loste, the artist of the famous mural of Falcone and Borsellino in Palermo. You will learn about the production process of our bitters and we will conclude with a tasting of our liqueurs, served neat, on the rocks, or in delicious botanical cocktails! (40 minutes).
The experience takes place entirely at Casa Nepeta, in the Sarculla district, Testa dell'Acqua (Noto).

2) IBLEO TREKKING, VISIT TO THE LIQUOR FACTORY AND TASTING OF LIQUORS AND TYPICAL PRODUCTS
In this experience we will start on foot from Casa Nepeta for a trekking discovering the Iblean territory. Behind Casa Nepeta a breathtaking panorama opens up, with characteristic elements such as quarries, holm oak groves, dirt roads and dry stone walls. An expert nature guide will accompany us to discover the beauty of the landscape and the aromatic herbs that grow spontaneously, used for our bitters. Back at Casa Nepeta, we will deepen our knowledge of Nepitella, Marjoram and Shrub Thyme, from which we produce Nepèta, Majora and Timous.
The experience takes place entirely at Casa Nepeta, in the Sarculla district, Testa dell'Acqua (Noto).

3) TRUFFLE HUNTING, VISIT TO THE LIQUOR FACTORY, LIQUOR TASTING AND WALK AMONG THE ROWS
Becomes soccer player of truffles for a day! Our lands are rich in delicious truffles, from white to black. You will spend a couple of hours in the woods with our expert seeker Andrea and his Lagotti Romagnoli, Maya and Jeena, to collect the precious tubers. After this adventure, you will relax in our farmhouse with bitters or an iced Nepeta Spritz, accompanied by typical products embellished with a grated truffle. You will explore Casa Nepeta, learning about the aromatic herbs with which we produce Nepèta, Majora and Timous. You can buy truffles at competitive prices.

4) BOTANICAL IMPRESSION, VISIT TO THE LIQUOR FACTORY, LIQUOR TASTING AND WALK AMONG THE ROWS
Take part in a creative experience: make your own botanical impression on paper or fabric. No specific skills are needed, just wonder at nature! We will collect leaves and plants from print with the monotype technique, using the chalcographic press. You will be able to create a cloth tapestry or works on paper to take home as a precious souvenir. “A touch of nature makes the whole world alike,” said Shakespeare (duration: approximately 2 hours). During the experience, you will visit Casa Nepeta and discover the Nepitella, the Marjoram and the Shrub Thyme, tasting our bitters.

5) TOUR TESTA DELL'ACQUA, MAT MUSEUM AND HOUSE NEPETA
The Mat-Nepeta tour winds through the village of Testa dell'Acqua, a charming location chosen as the set for the TV series “White Lotus”. We start at the MAT, Testa dell'Acqua Anthropological Museum, with an immersive journey to discover traditions and a virtual reality journey on the figure of the majara, a healer with herbs and magic words. We will visit the rock caves with an archaeological guide, trying out ancient fire-lighting techniques and discovering rock carvings. We can also collect medicinal herbs along the way and visit the aquaponic greenhouse. Upon request, the tour can include a cooking class on ancient local recipes.
We then continue to the Amari Nepeta Company, where we will discover the scent of Nepitella, Marjoram and Thyme and learn about the production process of our liqueurs, with a final tasting.
